How do we buy Your Diapers and Wipes?
Our number one Frequently Asked Question! Your easiest option is purchasing directly from our website! You have two options – buying 1 pack, or buying a value bundle of 4 packs. By buying in bulk you don’t have to worry about that post bath time panic when you realise your diaper drawer is empty! Purchasing our bundle option also reduces your diaper carbon footprint further by reducing deliveries / collections.

How many Diapers will I need each day?
Every child is unique in this department! However the rule of thumb is as follows (per 24 hour):
0-3 months old: 10 -12
3- 12 months: 8
12-18 months: 7
18 months+: 5-7
Once potty trained: 1
Once night trained: NONE!
Will Neli & Co Diapers help with my Baby’s Diaper rash?
YES! Whilst nappy rash can spring up from nowhere (particularly during teething and when weaning) our diaper construction minimises the chance of irritation. Firstly there are no harsh chemicals. Secondly the bamboo fibre against your child’s skin is naturally antibacterial, antifungal and breathable. Bamboo also wicks away moisture very efficiently into our super absorbent inner core to ensure that urine is not resting against the skin.
How do I dispose of used Diapers?

No disposable nappy in the world is 100% biodegradable. From the start of this journey we set out to design an environmentally friendly and chemical free nappy whilst not compromising on performance. There is little point bringing a nappy to the market that falls off after ten minutes or leaks throughout the night.
Our diapers have undergone official biodegradation testing by SGS, a third party testing organisation . These tests proved that around two thirds of our diaper biodegrades within 75 days. This is a lot better than 500 years for a traditional diaper!
We are working to see if we can make hot composting or toxic free incineration possible and we are working with various partners in Kenya to see what we can do to make this happen. We want to prove that Kenya can be an action leader in this space.
For now please discard your nappies in general rubbish bin. Know that each diaper you use is contributing to a cleaner and safer future for our children.
How do we dispose of our Packaging?
Our outer packaging is made of LDPE. We originally wanted to use a cornstarch (similar to the cornstarch inner film of our nappies). However, due to the Kenyan climate, this risked the nappies getting damp during transit and storage.
Taka Taka Solutions now has an LDPE processing facility and Neli & Co are working with Taka Taka to ensure you have the option to recycle your packaging.
If you have purchased a bundle of 4 packets, your cardboard box is made from recycled cardboard and is recyclable. Please reuse where possible (art projects!) and then dispose of when it comes to the end of its artistic journey with you.
What is the Return policy?
At Neli and Co we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of diapers or wipes, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. Opened packages of diapers or wipes cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or quality issue with the product.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
At Neli and Co we strive to fulfil all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand that prompt delivery is important to our customers, and we are committed to meeting your expectations.
We strive to deliver orders on the same day for orders within Nairobi made before 12pm and Next day delivery for orders outside Nairobi. Processing time varies depending on the product and order volume, but we aim to process and ship all orders within 1 day. Shipping time varies depending on the destination of the order.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected events such as natural disasters or global pandemics. In these cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and provide an estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
